Problem:
Whenever a host hits failed build API endpoint, Foreman modifies its PXE file with ‘PXELinux default local boot’ (or whatever you got set in settings)
Expected outcome:
Would expect Foreman to not trigger any TFTP proxy actions for that API endpoint.

Very easy to reproduct, guess no additional data needed.
Haven’t tried on 1.20 yet.
