We've tagged 1.4.0.
The plan is to prep packages today, run smoke tests, update releases
notes and announce tomorrow.
For 1.4.1, I set a rough date in redmine of three weeks time, where
we'll pull in bug fixes and perhaps some of the slightly larger fixes
like #3214 and #2270. Let me know if there's a fix in particular that
needs merging into 1.4.1 instead of 1.5.0.
