I've published the outline of the Foreman 1.9 schedule to the wiki, on
the basis of the usual quarterly release cycle, leading to an
anticipated release date at the beginning of July. The release is
already configured and active in Redmine.

Both Rails 4 and Puppet 4 are on the horizon for this release and could
prove a stressful mix, but I hope we can achieve stability without
pushing branching back too much again.

I've updated this by a month due to the delays associated with 1.8, and
adjusted the branching date to allow for another week in the RC stage.
Release would be at the start of August, and branching mid-June, RC
phase from end of June to August.
This puts us at 1.5 months from now until 1.9 branching in mid-June.
Not long.
