"1001 getaddrinfo name or service unknown"

Problem:
“1001 getaddrinfo name or service unknown” at the end of discovery mode. Discovery status shows “failure” but when I click “resend” it will be a success with a good primary IPv4 address.

Expected outcome:
foreman will continue provision server based on template

Your version of Foreman is very old.
Sometimes simply by upgrading, your problems might go away.
Had this worked and then stopped?

I have very similar setup for other subnets and locations it worked just fine - This is a new setup for a different location and subnet.
