Can you give the journalctl output for pulpcore-worker@* and pulpcore-resource-manager when you hit this issue? Moreover recommend upgrading to 4.1 for a better tasking system :).

I don’t know what happened, but without doing anything now everything is working.

I was looking to upgrade, but I got the qpid-proton-c dependency version error.
