I will try to Advanced Sync → Complete Sync/Validate Content Sync/Republish repository metadata
and Foreman is happy, but directory is missing. This is a fresh install.

Not sure what i can do more with that?

I suspect it’s related to https://github.com/pulp/pulp_rpm/issues/2373, fixed about a month ago, released in pulp_rpm 3.14.11 and 3.17.2

Looks like you have right, but i do not see that version in Index of /pulpcore/3.14/el7/x86_64 I see same issue on the F3.0/K4.2 too, looks like both use same rpm, but this is related only to Almalinux 8, I was able to sync CentOS 8-stream, Rocky Linux 8 and all files are present. There is a way to update to that version?
