After testing a plugin install, Foreman stops working

Problem:
Did a fresh install of foreman and wanted to install the digitalocean plugin. Following the instructions on https://www.theforeman.org/plugins/ using the foreman installer with this command: foreman-installer --noop -v --enable-foreman-plugin-digitalocean

then I did foreman-installer --enable-foreman-plugin-digitalocean and got a bunch of errors printing to the screen and "something went wrong!" now the foreman install gives me a "web application could not be started" error when I try to navigate there. Is there a way to back out of this?

Foreman and Proxy versions:
Foreman-release package was 1.22.0-1.el7

Not sure about Proxy

Unfortunatly uninstall is not working cleanly in most cases, so I would try to fix it instead.
Can you run the /usr/sbin/foreman-rake db:migrate command and post the output?

It seams like the required fog library is not loaded, can you run rpm -qa | grep fog? It should show tfm-rubygem-fog-digitalocean.
