[Announce] Foreman 1.2.0-RC3 is out!

In what looks to be the last of the release candidates, 1.2.0-RC3 has
landed with another round of bug fixes. Notable fixes are on the host
and host group forms, VMware compute resources and the addition of
Fedora 18 packages.

Thanks for the help testing the release so far.
