Apply updates when using Foreman on RHEL7

Hello,

quick heads-up.

We've seen two bugs on SELinux core policy (dhcpd, qpidd) now on EL7.
Please make sure you apply all the updates when installing Foreman on
RHEL 7.0 or clones. Meaning: do this prior running the installer.

These are RHEL 7.0 specific, but it's always a good idea to apply all
updates (if you can) when installing Foreman.
