Archiving foreman_ansible_inventory repository under theforeman github organization

It was raised today that the foreman_ansible_inventory repository should be archived. I fully agree with that, the repo dates back before ansible 2.2 was out. It’s readme says

WARNING: This inventory is available by default with Ansible since version 2.2.
Please submit any enhancements directly upstream to https://github.com/ansible/ansible/blob/devel/contrib/inventory/foreman.py

So I’d like to kindly ask github admins to archive it as I don’t have permissions myself.

I’ve archived it. There was already a warning in README which I think should be sufficient but to be sure I also modified the short description.
