Problem: we have an aging server that during a migration to a new ipa cluster as the old cluster died was not able to resolve issues with its candlepin certs all of the other services were fine however ampq candlepin.jks and candlepin.truststore will not allow new CA to be used and as a result cause Location and Organization to fail including login as a result we cannot provision ( we have a newer system setup however due to dhcp and that previous admin group did not use puppet on provisioned nodes, older nodes would not know how to readd themselves to the new system.
Expected outcome: fix ampq certs be able to provison new desktops/servers
