Cannot activate/deactivate VM Network Interface due to VM status. The VM status must be Down or Up

"Cannot activate/deactivate VM Network Interface due to VM status. The VM
status must be Down or Up."

The above error started to appear after upgrading my rhev environment from
3.0 to 3.1, with foreman 1.1. Any clues what this could be related to?

I also updated foreman to 1.2, got the same exact error.

Thanks

Yes, afair this is a bug in RHEVM api where it can report the vm status is
down, but its disk are locked or something like that, afair it was fixed in
3.1 and there was a workaround in the ruby binding for this, which version
of rbovirt are you using?
