Before 1.4 I was not able to save default values for override paramaters on
the Puppet Classes itself, at the moment on 1.4 I have the same issue but
than on Host-level.
I created a but report for it but it should not be a bug. I cannot get
anything usefull out of the debug-level based logs.
It seems that override paramaters (from a group or not) are not inserted
into the database following the PgSQL logs.
A global parameter is inserted or updated following the pgSQL logs.

I can override parameters on a puppet class at the puppetclass level and
the hostgroup level, but i cannot override parameters at the host level. I
am able to override global parameters at the host level.
