Expected outcome:
After deleted old organization i’m can’t creating new organization.
In Postgresql in table template not havent column type…

Did the foreman_remote_execution plugin somehow get uninstalled?

You may want to run foreman-installer:

foreman-installer --enable-foreman-plugin-remote-execution
