Can't push facts to foreman use script

hi,guys

follow the Manual 1.2 I use a script to push the facts to the foreman .
but the foreman say that the /fact_values/create?format=yml url not exist.
return a 404.
I use the ubuntu 12.04 ,install the foreman use apt-get.

Which version of Foreman are you using?

Can you provide the logs from Foreman please? (i.e.
/var/log/foreman/production.log)

ver is 1.2.0+ubuntu2.

and I look the fact_values_controller.rb source code ,no found a create
function. but in the 1.2.2 stable code ,have the function.
