Can't save Host Group after disabling puppet features

Hi @vinzent ,
can you try running foreman-rake purge:puppet, first, and then execute the foreman-maintain command?

I think, the data cleanup is performed after the uninstall of the plugin in foreman-maintain. Not sure what happens if you do it the other way round, though.
