Configure passenger manually for rpm installations

Helo,

I was trying to install foreman manually using the rpm guide but, I'm stuck
on how to configure passenger as I have never done that before and could
not see a guide or anything for it. I also tried to access the file linked
in
https://github.com/theforeman/puppet-foreman/blob/master/templates/foreman-vhost.conf.erb
but, the link is broken.

There's no need to configure passenger unless you really want to. If
you're using RPMs you can use foreman-installer which does this
automatically for you.
