I am having a terrible time creating vmware vm's using hammer. I am able
to create vm's using the web interface using the hostgroups and compute
resource attributes. However, when I try it using hammer I get this error:
Could not create the host:
No PXELinux templates were found for this host, make sure you define at
least one in your Windows 10 settings
Base No PXELinux templates were found for this host, make sure you define
at least one in your Windows 10 settings
Partition Table can't be blank unless a custom partition has been defined
Medium can't be blank
Don't these things get inherited from the hostgroups and compute resource?
Any help would greatly be appreciated,
Justin
No, they come from the Operatingsystem - check you've assigned defaults to
your Windows 10 OS in the Foreman UI. If you have, you'll need to provide
more logs from Hammer and Foreman so we can see what's happening.

Greg
