coulde you elaborate a bit more about what you are trying to achive? You question is more that vague.
From what I can guess:
If you want an additional field to be displayed in the UI, you have to write a prugin for that (see the plugin documentation for that.
If you want additional Parameters on the host (for configuration management or the likes) you could elevate Host Parameters for that. (see the manual for this, I’m not sure if these are available in a puppet-less installation, though).
