Data passed by Foreman to hooks - differences between 1.10 and 1.11

Hello, Foreman folks!

After the upgrade to Foreman 1.11.1 from 1.10.2 I noticed that the data
passed by Foreman to hooks on host events has dramatically changed - lots
of params are just not there any more.
Most noticeable ones are MAC, IP address.

For comparison, here is the data passed on update event from 2 versions:

Foreman 1.10.2

Is this by design?

Thanks!

This may be fixed in 1.11.2 by #14981.

There is another bug in this release which only appears if you install
Katello plugin for the record.
