Debian support added to the puppet_foreman install module

Hi all,

I've added Debian support (and Ubuntu, although that's not tested) to
Ohad's excellent puppet module for installing puppet, which is now ready
for general testing/feedback. You can find the latest source at
https://github.com/GregSutcliffe/puppet-foreman (tarball at
https://github.com/GregSutcliffe/puppet-foreman/tarball/master). Ohad will
hopefully post here when the current pull request is merged

There's a few bugs still being worked on, most notably that so far I've
only added sqlite3 support. I know that's not what a lot of people use, so
I'll be trying to find time to add the other foreman-$db packages in
shortly. It's had light testing on Debian, and seems reasonably solid. The
proxy does install too, and can be added to Foreman, but I've not tested
it's actual ability to configure TFTP.

Have fun

Ohad was quicker than lightning - the pull request is now merged, and you
can get it from the usual location as well as my repo. Enjoy!
