I would like to present tomorrow at 9:30 EST, 2:30 GMT a mid-sprint demo / deep-dive on the work I've done this week on changing Host to System in Foreman.
The background of this spike is the integration with Katello that uses System where Foreman uses Host.
Ohad requested that I present the following options / branches:
#1) small changes (Host -> System)- only change routes and UI text, create legacy routes
#2) big changes (Host -> System)- change everything (table names, field names, file names, classes, etc), create legacy routes
The third option of courses is to do nothing and stick with Host.
We can discuss the pros and cons on the Foreman user community, developer community, plugins ecosystem, and Satellite6
