Deep dives - Dynflow implementation

Hi,

I'll be doing deep dives about Dynflow implementation on January 7 and
January 9. It will be rather technical than showing Dynflow's features
already covered by Ivan. Rough content:

Session 1

Tools/concepts which were used

  • Futures
  • Actor model
  • Algebraic types
  • Type checking
  • Avoiding global states

Session 2

Executors

  • Overall layout of actors in parallel executor
  • How RemoteViaSocket executor works
  • Suspended actions and Polling actions
    Probably some other bits
  • e.g. Clock (timer mechanism)

Invitations will follow.

Petr
