Problem:
Packages that appear to exist in product repository and content views are not available on clients.
Expected outcome:
Packages would be installable on client systems or be seen while listing via YUM or DNF.

I have regenerated metadata on one of the repositories also re-sync’d the repository without any luck. The packages appear in products and the content view, but are not available to client via yum or dnf.
