In Bootstrapping Foreman RPM packaging I played around with this. Some NodeJS packages currently fail to (re)build, also on x86_64, due to the upgrade to NodeJS 22 with NPM 6. Other than that I have a foreman-nightly-arm COPR which mostly built.
