due to a long standing issue (Bug #15827: trusty/armhf Foreman builds failing without po_to_json - Packaging - Foreman)
we were not able to solve, armhf package building for Ubuntu/trusty was
dropped today. If you're using Foreman on armhf, consider upgrading to
Ubuntu/xenial or migration to Debian/jessie.
