Problem: Cannot add puppet feature from smart proxy

I’m using the Foreman container from quay.io. I run the container, and build the DB but when I go to add the smart proxy, the puppet feature is not recognised. I’ve added the foreman_puppet and puppet gems but I can’t see the Puppet header under the Configure menu. I think something needs to be enabled but I’m struggling to find out what. Any help appreciated!
