ERF12-2600 [ProxyAPI::ProxyException]: Unable to retrieve DHCP subnets

Hey ladies and gents,

Have any of you encountered this error code before?

ERF12-2600 [ProxyAPI::ProxyException]: Unable to retrieve DHCP subnets

I checked the error codes which Foreman has online; however, they don't
seem to have a working link for this particular one.
This error popped up when the IP auto suggestion stopping working (it was
working before).
This error pops up when I try to the "import subnet" feature on the smart
proxy page.
Also when I went to check the "https://url:1234/dhcp" page it displayed a
Log Shift error.

My DHCP and smart proxy reside on a MS AD server.

Thanks!

Jordan

Another thing. It's giving me a 500 internal server error. Thanks!

Actually the problem has been resolved. It seemed that some users couldn't
write to the proxy.log
