Anyone who can help me with this one? I tried to make a boot disk, as PXE booting is not working.

I suggest to stick with PXE, I do see this is a VM, PXE is very reliable in virtual networks and it’s the best workflow for Foreman.
I know that this is an old one, but I came across the same issue and it was caused by not enough free space on the foreman server /tmp partition to host the iso
