[Feature request] Enable visibility of class parameters at hostgoup level

Hello,

Firstly, I've very much like to thank the dev team and all contributors for
making Foreman the excellent piece of software it has become today.

I'd very much like to see a simple checkbox feature included where you can
enable/disable visibility of all smart class parameters of each attached
parametised class to a hostgroup which is separate and doesn't require
setting override on the parameter itself.

The reasoning behind this - it's much easier (and in my opinion tidier) to
have all default parameters visible and set overrides from the hostgroup
parameter view when you attach a class. Setting "override all parameters"
on a base class, which is the only way full visibility of all parameters
can be achieved at the hostgroup/parameters view at present, can yield
unexpected behavior and evaluation errors when you have class variables set
up with inheritance.

Kind regards,
A.S
