Fedora 19 builds

I'm beginning to work on Fedora 19 builds of Foreman's dependencies,
continuing msuchy's work.

This spreadsheet keeps track of the builds that need doing (currently 10
of 29 are complete), based on the contents of the Fedora 18 tag.

If you have a few minutes to help out, let me know and I'll give you
edit access.

If you're building a new dependency, please ensure you cater for F19 and
build into the tag. It's generally just making this change:

+%if 0%{?fedora} > 18
+Requires: %{?scl_prefix}ruby(release)
+%else
Requires: %{?scl_prefix}ruby(abi) = %{rubyabi}
+%endif

Fedora 19 nightly packages are being published on yum.theforeman.org.
I'll probably build them as well for 1.2.1, which I intend to do this week.

Dominic,

Did you get a chance to create the builds for F19? I've been successfully
using the nightlies but would like to move to a stable branch.

I hope to build 1.2.1 for F19. It looks like a bunch of new bugs have
been targeted at 1.2.1 since I last looked, so not sure when that'll be
now, but soon…
