More honestly, we probably just should provide exact instructions for CentOS and for everything else state something like āYou will require the Red Hat provided Software Collections for Ruby, PostgreSQL, Redis to be availableā and donāt tell them how to enable these (there are probably more places that need similar wording adjustments).
