FM 3.4 and K 4.6 on CentOS 7 not supported even though its documented

Problem:
When following the instructions at https://docs.theforeman.org/3.4/Upgrading_and_Updating/index-katello.html the installation source for CentOS7 / RHEL 7 is documented, but according to FM 3.4 doc, only CentOS 8 / RHEL 8 is supported.

I might have failed to follow all the announcements about dropping support for CentOS 7, but I think it should be more prominently shown.

Expected outcome:
The documentation should be corrected.

Foreman and Proxy versions:
FM 3.4

Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:
K 4.6

Distribution and version:
CentOS 7.9

Thanks for your feedback. We’re actively working to removing documentation for Foreman 3.4 and Katello 4.6 on EL7 which we’re tracking here: EL 7 support removal Milestone · GitHub
