Dear Foreman Users,
I've been unable to create new instances on EC2 since upgrading to 1.3
Similarly, rolling back to 1.2.3 has been met with unsuccessful attempts at
spinning up new VMs in EC2.
I get a vague fog-related error: Fog error: InternalError => An internal
error has occurred
I have raised a ticket on this issue here:

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue and if not, which
linux distro/release are you using or what pointers/insight can you provide
for remediating this issue.
