We dont have force remove option, would you mind adding a new feature
request?
I can see two options here:
- decouple a host from its compute resource (e.g. moving to a bare metal
style).
- force remove a compute resource, and converting all of its vms to bare
metal (as in 1).

The "disassociation" feature was implemented for Foreman 1.5 via
Feature #3909: compute resources prevent or disassciate host from VM prevent vm deletion - Foreman.
I don't recall a feature request for (2), so please feel free to create
one in Redmine.
