Foreman 1.11.0-RC1 available for testing

The first release candidate of the upcoming Foreman 1.11 series is now
available for testing, and we invite you to help us get it ready for
release.

There is also a bug day on Monday 29th February, which is a good
chance to help test and triage issues:

Changes in this release

======================= Some notable changes in this release are listed below, so we'll be particularly looking out for new issues in these areas:

User interface changed to PatternFly design
Improved layout of host/host group parameter overrides
Ruby on Rails upgraded from version 3.2 to 4.1, under the covers
Smart proxy DHCP module refactored to support plugins with new DHCP
providers (none yet)
New pages showing smart proxy status information in the Foreman UI

Packages may be found in the 1.11 directories on both deb.foreman.org
and yum.theforeman.org, and tarballs are on downloads.theforeman.org.
