Foreman 1.11.0 released

I'm happy to announce that Foreman 1.11.0 is now released, with a slick
new parameters UI on the host edit page, new pages showing detailed
information about smart proxies plus a range of other features and
plenty of bug fixes.

Over the last three months, 88 people have contributed code or
translations to the release, and we've had lots of help testing and
making it ready - thanks to all involved.

Headline features

The parameters tab on the host edit page has been significantly
improved, with inline editing of parameters, more consistency between
editing different types of parameters, hosts and host groups, and
improved validation of parameters.

Under the smart proxies list, more information about each smart proxy is
now available with its status and version, hosts related to the smart
proxy and logs from the service itself (if enabled). The smart proxy
also has support for DHCP providers in plugins now.

The bulk actions menu in the hosts list has gained new actions for
changing the power state (on, off, reboot etc.), host ownership and the
assigned Puppet master and CA in a few clicks.

The web UI framework has been changed to PatternFly throughout, bringing
a new look to the application, and we’ve been busy updating Ruby on
Rails under the covers.
