Problem: VMs is getting DHCP but no tftp image download just stuck in DHCP…/ using windows DHCP, VM, windows DHCP and Foreman on the same subnet no firewall in between
Expected outcome:
Foreman and Proxy versions: In TFTP Version 1.24.0 , Katello Version 3.14

Other relevant data: i do not see any errors in windows DHCP, the VM is getting an IP Address. /var/lib/tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg mac address URL is accessible, subnet, media are added and created, simlar infra we have in another site and the provisioning works the only difference is we are using forman 1.22, the strange thing is on the same subnet we have WDS and the VM is downloading the image. bear in mind when testing with Forreman i shutdown the WDS. is there any logs that someone can point me to pinpoint where the issue is or if i am missing something?
