I finally branched off Foreman 1.3 stable branch, there are two missing
PRs to be merged and both are reported pretty close, but I will not wait
anymore as RC2 will be pretty close now and I will deliver in there.

develop branches are open for new features.
Please set Target version to 1.3 for bugs that should go to the next RC.
