Foreman 1.8 branching not so imminent

We're due to begin 1.8 branching at the end of January, but I'm going to
put it off a bit - I'll probably re-evaluate in 2-4 weeks.

This will hopefully see the host/NIC networking change be merged and get
a bit of usage, and let the release grow to a regular size.

Much obliged - I'm hopeful it'll get in this week, but thats up to
