@iballou thank you , downgrading pulp for docker from 3 to 2 is working
now I can pull containers , what features is missing in docker pulp 2 ?

You don’t have to worry about any missing features with Pulp 2 in Docker. Besides the change in port for pulling images, the user experience should be the same.

Eventually you will need to migrate to Pulp 3 for Katello 4.0 (which is after 3.18), but by then it should be a more stable experience.
