Foreman 2.3.5 has been released!

Foreman 2.3.5 is now available! Thanks to everyone who contributed fixes and helped building this release.

This is the final minor release to add compatibility for upgrading to supported stable versions and fixes below issues,

• After upgrading to 2.3.5 the explicit restart of smart_proxy_dynflow_core service is not required anymore as the fix of issue 32078 has been cherry picked.
• On EL 8.4, the installation of 2.3.4 and previous versions up to 2.1.4 fails due to SELinux issue 32023. The fix has been cherry picked into 2.3.5 to complete installation successfully.
