Problem:
navigating to foreman interface menu “infrastructure → Smart Proxies → [host name] → puppet tab
displays error message " PuppetSmartProxy not found Please try to update your request” despite the functionality and version info appearing correct

This appears to be a new thing so likely related to change on the system rather than a bug as I’m confident that this was correctly displaying during the 3.14 release, however I’m unable to confirm that with fact.
A screen shot to summarise the problem
While also showing no errors detected with the actual functionality.
Functionally the smart proxy appears to be working fine, the production log shows no errors when interacting with it and the proxy log is low traffic and clean of errors.
I’m still using Official OpenSource Puppet on this foreman node and haven not swapped it to openvox at this time.
