Foreman Ansible Plugin Installation Failed

Problem:
Hello. I want to extend my foreman fuctionality further by Installing Ansible Plugin. However my plugin installation failed.

(there supposed to be screenshot of the error but for some reasong I keep getting error on website when try to upload image)

Basically it says lots of red lines and Failed to start Foreman Proxy text.

So how did I get there?

  1. I’ve installed Ansible.
  2. I’ve followed section 2.2 of this manual for Ubuntu/Debian
  3. I’ve followed yet another manual up to section 2.2. when I encountered this error.

Also, I have no other access to Internet except through proxy, so before plugin installation I’ve commented out /etc/environment proxy variable (because I remember that foreman-installer doesn’t work corrctly with proxy variables

Expected outcome:
What might be th cause and how to install prugin properly in my environment?

1.22

Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:
1.22

Other relevant data:
Ubuntu Sever 18.04
Ansible 2.8.3
No logs, sorry (kinda problematic to get them from VM)
