Foreman_api and katello_api gems

folks,

now that we have foreman_api and katello_api building nightly gems/RPMs (every 4 hours), please make sure we're more diligent in committing to foreman_api and katello_api repos. so whenever you make a change to the apidoc server-side, please have a corresponding pull-request to either one of these api gems committing the newly generated bindings.

thanks!

What is the process for getting foreman_api and katello_api updated in git? The new RBAC has not shown up for several weeks.
