9.0.0 release:

and also a few changes under the hood:

#19924 - Consistently use 'default manager' in tests
Please note that 9.1.0 was accidentally not compatible with Foreman 1.15
(Katello 3.4), so if you're on 1.15, make sure to go straight from 9.0.0
to 9.1.1 to avoid problems.
