Foreman discovery image VLAN support patch

Hello,

I added VLAN capabilities to the discovery image. A scratch build is
available for download at:

Please send your comments or test results.

There is large amount of pending pull requests in both image and
discovery plugin repos. Don't hesitate to build the image or patch your
discovery plugin and help with reviews and testing:

With 1.12 core release approaching, I would love to see some new
features for the discovery platform.

Does this allow you to tag a vlan on bonded interfaces?

Not at all, only primary provisioning interface.

Why do you need such a feature? You can define those during provisioning
of the discovered host.
