Yes, Foreman should obey X-Forwarded-For, also anaconda's MAC address
headers (kssendmac) and failing that, you can enable tokens in Settings
which are added to provisioning URLs to identify hosts (handy when
building behind NAT).
spoof is restricted to logged in users, so you wouldn't be able to use
this directly without disabling logins.

I suggest to turn on memcache service as well, otherwise cache is stored on
foreman server file system, there is already a plugin [1] for that support
in 1.2, but for now you might need to manually follow the wiki entry [2]
