Foreman hook before power on

Hello, is there a way to execute a hook script once vm is created but
before it's powered on ? (in order to modify vmware vm parameters that
require a power off state)

I too am curious about this, we are trying to add a CDROM and attach the
iso but adding it to after_create doesn't seem to work.
