While trying to deploy foreman with katello enabled I noticed that setup fails while trying to start mongo.
The logs do not expose anything interesting, but if I manually call systemctl restart mongod.service followed by restart of foreman-installer it progresses succesfully.
DEVs may want to investigate if there is a timeout hardcoded somewhere in the setup that kicks in too earily.
My versions:
Centos 7.3 (fully updated minimal install as of Dec. 18)
foreman-release-1.13.2-1.el7.noarch
katello-3.2.1-1.el7.noarch
mongodb-2.6.12-3.el7.x86_64
I may share deployment logs if requested.

It would be helpful to see the logs and also any mongo related errors in
var/log/messages or elsewhere.
